Job Context:

The Operations Incharge plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day catering operations. The role involves overseeing staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing event logistics, maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality, and ensuring client satisfaction across all events—on-site and off-site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all catering events

  • Ensure timely setup and breakdown of service areas

  • Supervise staff, assign roles, and train team members

  • Manage logistics for food delivery, equipment, and staffing

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment

  • Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance

  • Maintain event logs, incident reports, and operational checklists

  • Report daily activities and suggest improvements


Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or similar degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in catering operations or hospitality management

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Basic understanding of inventory and logistics systems


Additional Requirements:

  • Age: 25 to 40 years

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask across events

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
