We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing catering company. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through customized catering solutions. ✅ Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
✅ Manage brand presence and customer engagement initiatives.
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and private event sectors
✅ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand event needs
✅ Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, logistics) to ensure service excellence
✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide weekly sales reports
✅ Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events
✅ Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with relevant experience will also be considered.
💼 Experience:
2–4 years of sales and marketing experience
Experience in catering, hospitality, events, or food service sales preferred
📄 Certifications (Preferred):
CRM or Sales Software Certification
Digital Marketing or Customer Relationship Training
Basic Food Safety Awareness (a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presenter and negotiator
Customer-centric mindset
Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Familiarity with local markets and corporate/event clients
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic proposal writing
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation preferred
