Job Summary:
Qadar World is an ambitious and growing startup aiming to bring premium, natural, and halal food products to conscious consumers through digital platforms. We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable, and committed Operations Executive who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and is willing to take on any and every responsibility required to keep the business running smoothly.
This is not a typical 9-to-5 job. We are in our early stages, and the right candidate must be ready for long hours, cross-functional responsibilities, and start-up hustle.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order Management:
Handle everything from receiving orders to final delivery. Monitor the entire customer journey to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Client & Customer Communication:
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally through email, phone, or social platforms-both in Bangla and English.
Vendor & Inventory Coordination:
Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers, manage inventory flow, track deliveries, and support sourcing of new products when needed.
Logistics & Delivery Partner Management:
Coordinate with delivery service providers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any last-mile issues or escalations.
Backend Operations:
Manage the e-commerce platform’s backend, update product listings, manage stock levels, and assist in troubleshooting tech or process issues.
Payment Gateway Oversight:
Monitor online transactions, coordinate with finance to resolve payment issues, and ensure secure and seamless financial operations.
Cross-Functional Support:
Be ready to support marketing, customer experience, admin, and other functions whenever required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a relevant field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internship or startup experience counts)
Excellent communication in both Bangla and English (written and verbal)
Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and web-based dashboards
Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and accountability
Willingness to work long hours and take ownership of problems
A flexible, positive, and can-do mindset is essential for a startup environment
