Responsibilities & Context:

Qadar World is an e-commerce platform focused on premium, authentic, and halal ethnic food products under the Kudrati brand. The company sells products through its own website and multiple online marketplaces and social media platforms.

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking person to manage product listings, online marketplaces, social media posting, and lead generation. The position can be full-time, part-time, or work-from-home, depending on the candidate.

  1. Create and manage product listings on:

    • Qadar World website

    • Daraz

    • Online Retails platforms

    • Rockomary.com

    • PandaMart

    • PandaShop

    • Other online marketplaces

  2. Upload product information, including:

    • Product name

    • Description

    • Price

    • Images

    • Specifications

    • SEO title and description

  3. Share product posts and brand content on:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • TikTok

    • YouTube

    • Pinterest

    • WhatsApp groups

    • Buying & selling groups

  4. Generate leads and customer inquiries from posts and groups.

  5. Reply to customer messages and guide customers to place orders.

  6. Coordinate with the website team for product updates.

  7. Maintain product database and content files.

  8. Track orders coming from marketplaces and social media.

  9. Assist in digital promotions and campaigns.

Education Qualifications:

The candidate should have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, IT or related field preferred)

  • Students or fresh graduates can also apply

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, Facebook marketing, and online marketplaces

  • Good English and Bangla writing ability

  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

Required Skills

The candidate should have the following skills:

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Ability to upload products on websites and marketplaces

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook posting and group sharing

  • Basic image editing knowledge (Canva / Photoshop – optional)

  • Basic SEO knowledge (product title, keywords, description – optional)

Personal Skills

  • Honest and responsible

  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work independently from home

  • Interest in e-commerce and digital business

  • Willing to learn new platforms and tools

Preferred Experience (Optional)

If the candidate has experience in any of the following, it will be a plus:

  • Daraz seller centre

  • Shopify / WooCommerce product upload

  • Facebook page management

  • Marketplace product listing

  • E-commerce operations

  • Lead generation from Facebook groups
