Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Masters

Certification Course like-International Freight Forwarder (CIFF).

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

Proficiency in logistics management solution, data analytics, international shipping regulations, familiarity with ERP software. Strong network with customs officials, shipping line representatives, port workers and people management skills.

•   Coordinate with all types of shipment related activities (Import-Export) and handle Sea-air freight operations end-to-end.

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, also maintain liaison with all C&F agents.

• Verify all shipping documents -Bill of Lading, HS codes, customs forms, etc.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of freight forwarding projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

•   Work closely to coordinate with team members, customers, suppliers, stake holders to achieve business objectives.

• Negotiate to rate with carriers, vendors, trucking companies, and others facility providers.

•   Resolve shipment delays, demurrage issues, customs disputes and ensure all compliance procedures to comply with BAFFA, customs, and international shipping laws.

• Provide shipment status and update reports to top management regularly specially to MD/Director Sir.

•   Identify opportunities for process development; implement innovative solutions, and staying top of industry trends to drive operational efficiency.

•   Oversee the efficient movement of goods; ensure timely deliveries by reducing costs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by meeting up customer complaints.

•   Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws and regulations.

•   Optimize routing, pricing, and checking the billing accuracy of all costs.

•   Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention & monitor shipment (Like-on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc).
