Responsibilities & Context:
Must have strong hands-on experience in Online UD (Utilization Declaration) through CBMS system
In-depth knowledge of Bond license management, bond register, audit & compliance
Practical experience in handling CIID ,Customs, VAT & others commercial activities
Sound knowledge of LC opening, bank procedures , customs Act & bonded warehouse regulations
Coordinate with all types of shipment related activities(Import-Export)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, also maintain liaison with all C&F agents.
Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, suppliers and shipping lines agents for smooth commercial operations
Verify all shipping documents -Bill of Lading, HS codes, customs forms, etc.
Identify opportunities for process development; implement innovative solutions, and staying top of industry trends to drive operational efficiency.
Lead and control all commercial operations of the accessories business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee import–export activities, including L/C management, banking transactions, shipping, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Bond, Customs,VAT, and Government of Bangladesh regulation
Monitor commercial costs & budgets for management review, update export documentation and bill negotiation.
Report to top management and support strategic decision-making.
Others assigned duties as per management decisions and requirements.
