∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Sales folks/KAM and Retail operation indoor Sales and daily activities
∎ Setting up the sales target/forecast for month, quarter and yearly
∎ Ensure Team accountability to perform regularly
∎ Responsible to generate monthly revenue as per management plan
∎ Sellout target driven approach with a proven track record in sales is mandatory
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with team, management and vendors
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a period
∎ Ensure KPI implementation of back office and front liners
∎ Check the stocks at retails and maintain DoS as per management guidance
∎ Ensure promotional activities to boost sale time to time
∎ Implementing the product into market
∎ Keeping market intelligent/ doing competitive analysis
∎ Expanding the retailer's base
∎ Increasing the visibility by merchandising
∎ Ensure regular report (performance, market issues, gap area etc) to management |
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • At least 6 year(s) of experience in Distribution Operation.
∎ • Preference will be given for candidates with work experience at Mobile & Mobile Accessories.
∎ Proven experience in managing procurement and planning
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, SOP, KPI, Invoicing, and negotiation terms
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and Tally.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers, analyzing data
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
Salary: Negotiable
