Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team in providing a first class customer service to all clients at optimum cost.
∎ Develop and create new business opportunities.
∎ Seek equitable and creative solutions to problems.
∎ Implement continuous improvement and best practice.
∎ Drive growth plans for all contracts to maximise revenue opportunities and streams
∎ Foster and develop beneficial partnerships.
∎ Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, service providers and third-parties.
∎ Ensure that all activities meet and integrate with the organisational, legal and statutory requirements for HSEQ and duty of care.
∎ Develop and maintain an improvement plan which brings an added value approach to both clients and the company. Identify, develop, implement and review Facility Management (FM) based solutions that clearly demonstrate added value to clients' requirements
∎ Maximise the life cycle of the contract by aligning the FM team with the business drivers of the client.
∎ Ensure that activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal and statutory requirements, and general duty of care
∎ Provide technical advice, operational advice and information to Business Development Manager for tender process and negotiation of new contracts.
∎ Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to maintain optimum customer service, efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Prepare business plans and forecasting budgets, as required. Ensure all budgets and costs for contracts accurately reflect contractual obligations, offer value for money for clients and provide optimum revenue.
∎ Understand and avoid financial risk, and drivers of cost. Understand the financial outputs ensuring that the service is within budget.
∎ Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to service delivery that generates "added value" to the business.
∎ Maintain strategic overview on service progress both from a commercial and technical perspective.
∎ Motivate OPCO team to ensure focus on delivering a timely and quality service. Encourage quick and accurate analysis of issues.
∎ Pro-actively seek to resolve problems and provide necessary resources and management support.
∎ Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, in order to maintain the integrity of the operational activities.
∎ Implement performance objectives for each team member, through undertaking performance appraisals. Use the process to improve employees who are not meeting the requirements of the position. Carry out regular reviews of the personal development plan and progress
∎ Agree a personal development plan with objectives for each employee. Ensure that all development and objectives align with achieving the business strategy.
∎ Develop a succession planning strategy.
∎ Encourage employees to support the operational business objectives by sharing knowledge and to develop a creative approach to their work and to 'think outside the box'

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a facilities management environment with experience of technically complex and multi-disciplined sites.
∎ Sound Knowledge on EDMS and other Packages specially used for documentation like SPF (Smart Plant Foundation), PDCS (Project Document Control System), EIM (Engineering Integration Manager)-Intergraph, Documentum- EMC2 & DAMS - EMC2
∎ Sound Knowledge about Human Value Stream

∎ Fluent English language ability both spoken and written
∎ Advance Excel Knowledge
∎ Experienced user of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Office
∎ Professional and smart appearance at all times.
∎ Excellent time management skills and able work to strict deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
