Requirements: - 10 to 15 years

Skills Required: Client Communication,Client Service,Customer Management,Lift Escalator,Mechanical Engineering
Additional Requirements: - Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Strong experience in customer management, client coordination, and service handling
- Experience with residential, commercial, and high-rise building lift projects
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of lift electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of control panels, VFD, motors, brakes, and safety devices
- Basic knowledge of PLC and AutoCAD preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
Customer Management Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships
- Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Responsibilities & Context: - Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of lift systems
- Ensure safe operation and compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
- Manage customer relationships, attend meetings, and resolve technical issues
- Handle customer complaints, service coordination, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support system development, technical planning, and tender preparation
- Prepare reports, service records, and operational documentation
