Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ WiFi Router Configuration.
∎ Install Necessary Software on User PC.
∎ IP Configuration on User PC.
∎ Endpoint Security Install and Uninstall on User PC.
∎ Operating System (Both Windows and Linux Based) Install on Servers.
∎ Troubleshoot Network Related Problem id There have any service Interruption and Resolve the Problem.
∎ Knowledge Regarding Virtualization (Not Mandatory).
∎ Network Printer Share.
∎ Digital Sender Machine Configure and Share.
∎ Monitor all the Nodes 24/7 Roster Basis.
∎ Monitor all the Data Connectivity nodes all over the Bangladesh and Take Necessary Action if Any Fault Occurred.
∎ Troubleshoot Access Point (AP) Related Problem and Resolve.
∎ Any Others IT Support Related Issues Based on Requirement.

Salary: Negotiable
