∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (Minimum); Any other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Roll out and implementation of Sundora retail network with the goal of expanding the footprint of Sundora in Bangladesh: Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, exploring opportunities and negotiating new spaces
∎ Accountable for Sundora P&L, determine and manage the budget, sales follow up
∎ Ensuring shops are properly supplied and merchandised by working closely with operations and marketing teams.
∎ Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins
∎ Macro view, vision of international market, excellent decision-making ability and strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
∎ Implement new digital systems to efficiently increase sales and reporting
∎ Marketing-
∎ Follow the executions of the brand marketing activities throughout the retail operation and ensure in line with the brand guidelines
∎ Implementation/development of market activities and strategies with the goal of expanding the footprint of Sundora in Bangladesh
∎ Working closely with Singapore marketing in order to execute brand activities and guidelines effectively.
∎ Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through variousmarketing and adding value to assigned brands
∎ Review marketing plan and activities with sales and marketing team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand target and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency
∎ Excellent Presentation and Training skills to improve the quality of service
∎ Undertake research to understand consumer and shopper trends, information seeking behaviour and usage of new age mediums
∎ Develop and implement a loyalty program for Sundora consumers by linking online / offline strategies.
∎ Lead the Omni-channel & digital initiatives with external agencies to make them understand the communication needs of the brand
∎ Manage photoshoots and videos production by liaising with internal departments and external agencies
∎ Leverage fashion bloggers and fashion stylists on the digital space
∎ Manage events & activities such as fashion workshops, fashion events for stylists & bloggers and other new initiatives which may be done from time to time
∎ Work with the key internal stakeholders on all matters relating to Omni-channel & digital communication
∎ Social media management:
∎ Drive and manage the social media initiatives of Sundora
∎ Develop content and drive brand & seasonal campaigns on social media
∎ Develop social-media properties for the brand; plan and execute the same
∎ Drive brand engagement on various social media platforms
∎ Creation and maintenance of a dynamic website for the brand
∎ Drive innovation & engagement on the website
∎ Work with external agency/Dubai team to ensure information is up to date
∎ Act as a single point contact for content creation, blogs, pictures, campaign launch on website
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years in similar role. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
∎ Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
∎ Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
∎ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
∎ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Fluent English and French is essential
