Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects, working experience with DPHE, LGIs.
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to the field of social research particularly in Gender responsive activities.
∎ At least two working experiences with DPHE and LGIs is mandatory.
∎ Working experience on drinking water supply systems in coastal areas of Bangladesh Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work in rural community people.
∎ Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently.
∎ Problem solving ability raised in the field time to time.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The O&M Officer will be responsible for coordinating the overall O&M of the Water Facilities of the Project.
∎ She/he will closely work with the Junior Engineers, Project Officers, and Ward Facilitators to implement the O&M Organization of the Project.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Human Resource Policies & Procedures of NGO Forum for Public Health.

Employment Status: Contractual
