Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Textile Engineering Technology/Bachelor in Industrial and Production Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Layouting, Lean Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and work space to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Study individual operator's performance and trained up them.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ Define proper work methods for workers, staff, and specific products.
∎ Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.
∎ Suggest methods for increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
∎ Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.
∎ Find out reasons for defects & wastage and put suggestion for its solution.
∎ Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
∎ Study on recent affairs to develop new ideas for increasing productivity and technical know how.
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine, utilities and materials.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
