Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure the best possible local sourcing for day-to-day operational tools & materials.
∎ • On time delivery of goods at production floor
∎ • Source new partner, negotiate, maintain delivery schedule
∎ • Review the material requisition as per company policy and take action accordingly
∎ • Liaison with the team team in connection with requisition and take technical review and approval of the management, supply of goods/material in time
∎ • To carry out contract/agreement negotiation
∎ • Conduct vendor evaluation and develop new vendor as per company policy
∎ • Maintain proper documentation related to procurement and development work
∎ • Coordinate with concern department to get the project done with stipulated time
∎ • Conduct Procurement ROI to determine the profitability & cost effectiveness of procurement investment
∎ • Prepare the work order and issue as per the SOP
∎ • Maintain 100% PO accuracy to control the operating cost
∎ • Ensures suppliers are maintaining 100% compliance issues
