- Age At least 30 years
At least 5 years’ experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in land management, land records, survey record, mouza map, Title/ Bia deed, land Record and khotian, Land registration, Mutation & digital survey etc.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh land laws, land registration system, mutation, khatian / porcha, survey processes and other legal formalities.
Liaise with land offices, sub-registrar offices, AC Land, DC offices, and relevant government bodies.
Maintain updated records and legal documents related to all land assets of the company.
Should have computer literacy in MS Office (MS word/ Excel/ Power point).
Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
