Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and manage distribution plan of all products which ensure regular stock-refilling at depots and follow up with depots and distributors for confirmation of goods received.
Prepare daily sales statement to ensure preparation of SKU-wise sales return statements and replacement of damage stocks on monthly basis and report to Management.
Make sure all sorts of expense bills related to depot, depot contractors, transport contractors, distributors and transport are properly verified.
Maintain depot and transport agreement for day-to-day smooth operation.
Supervise warehouse & distribution staff.
Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management.
