Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct the audit in coordination with the buyers' representative as well as the factory management
∎ Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Look after the complicated labor issues in line with Labour Law 2006 amendment 2018 & Labour Rules 2015 and other govt. regulation as well.
∎ Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
∎ Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, storage and disposal.
∎ Rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers' standards/code of conduct.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
∎ To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
∎ Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance
∎ Preparation of factory in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI,WRAP ,ISO-9001:2015 & OHSAS-18001 and as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Capable to handle H&M, C&A, Carry four, MGB, Li & Fung, Gemo, Mango, Tom Tailor,Terenova, NEXT, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Higg Index.

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification
