Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role involves processing Card application, Documentation and opening Account in TP system as core activity. Manage card courier and Card Personalization.
∎ Must be able to handle Islamic Card Product with depth knowledge of related Sariah guideline, Card Maintenance activities and through understanding of card forex and other regulatory guideline related to Card Product.
∎ Assist the line Manager & manage overall activities of the unit to achieve the common goal.
∎ Implement policies and procedures for Card and for Operations. Working with different Business and Function stakeholder.
∎ Direct and control various aspect of card Operations specially application Onboarding, Maintenance and personalization area.
∎ Ensure operational disciplines such as capacity and risk management are well embedded, measured and tracked.
∎ Ensure efficient application processing & faster issuance of card.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
∎ Introduce best practice to standardize and automate as much as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year in Cards Operations New Accounts Onboarding/Embossing / Maintenance area including handling of Islamic Credit Card.
∎ High level of judgment and ability to manage complexities is a must, given the portfolio dynamic. This job requires analytical ability with high level of management and leadership skills.
∎ Develop and familiarize with the existing systems/software and build thorough knowledge of the front and back office processes of the products to ensure smooth running of the card portfolio/ business.
