Responsibilities & Context:
Continuous follow up with the suppliers for on time delivery of Raw materials.
Track ETA & Ship position until it arrives in the destination port.
Prepare different type of report as per the recruitments of the business.
To keep liaison with factory logistics for unloading raw materials and factory store for raw materials stock position.
To keep liaison with CNF agents for the customer clearance of goods
Collect insurance cover note, fill up the LCAF form, take authorize sing, scan and sent to bank and follow up continuously before LC number.
Precision in documents and appropriate filing.
