Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensuring cross functional alignment of Production, commercial, merchandising & planning team for smooth supply chain.
∎ • Sourcing fabric, trims & accessories as per requirement from both local & foreign suppliers with proper price negotiation, payment terms & shipment moods.
∎ • Procuring all raw materials after receiving requisition from concern department
∎ • Ensuring the delivery is on track from the suppliers by periodical reviewing their progress.
∎ • Commercial procedure tracking for on time execution of LC, UD & bank documents. And vessel tracking from getting IGM, berthing, customs clearance & on time release.
∎ • Supplier evaluation based on their delivery, quality, cost, and after sales services.
∎ • utilizing the stock materials.
∎ • Assessing financial benefits coming from an order by comparing costing sheets & raw material prices.
∎ • Maintaining a supply chain network & strategic relationships with key supplier. Doing comparative advantage study between suppliers.
∎ • Periodically price review with existing suppliers for having price benefits or switching to another feasible supplier.
