∎ Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.
∎ Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
∎ Have to know reporting
∎ Have knowledge on public management & networking
∎ Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To select potato based yearly crop production block on the basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage system.
∎ To select actual farmer for processed / export potato cultivation.
∎ Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the supervisor.
∎ Arranged farmer meeting and compete Agreement with contact growers.
∎ Impute distribution among the contact growers properly & timely.
∎ Regular field visit & provided technical support to the contact growers.
∎ To ensure quality potato & others crop production by contact growers.
∎ To ensure proper field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading of product.
∎ To ensure product collection and storage smoothly.
∎ All data collection & update regularly of farmer, land and crops.
∎ Maintain stock and all documents regularly.
∎ Do any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
