3d Visualization, 3DS MAX, Architectural Design, Interior Designing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide architectural design & development services based on Apex brand standards to ensure correct designs of stores.
∎ Support store design and development team with design for new concepts, the evolution of existing concepts narrates the brand and products.
∎ Create store layouts & develop store design proposals in both 2D & 3D for ensuring correct designs.
∎ Translate design direction from Design Principal into design documents and renderings.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions supporting business objectives.
∎ Corrects and updates thorough design detail documents.
∎ Translate design direction from Design Principal into design documents and renderings.
∎ Frequent Store Visits both outside and inside Dhaka to better understand the store conditions and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Architect/3d visualizer
∎ Expertise in project management.
∎ Rendering & Modelling Expertise (3D s Max, Lumion, Photoshop)
∎ Interior material & costing knowledge
∎ Vendor management skill
