Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth IT Operation (service request, technical support, incident & problem management), system availability for banking domain like: Oracle Service BUS/middleware/Cash Management& Supply chain Financing/Document Management/Loan originating platform;
∎ Handle incident management, bug resolution, ticket handling with ISO & ITIL standards;
∎ Monitor support SLA, govern IT support process and do stakeholder reporting;
∎ Aligns daily activities to accomplish strategic technology and business objectives;
∎ Ensure periodic system health check and proper housekeeping as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
∎ Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities including Root Cause Analysis and permanent fix;
∎ Writing and modification of complex SQL procedures/queries/user defined functions/views/stored procedures;
∎ Manage all aspects of the end to end capacity management & release management process;
∎ Responsible for software support, defect analysis and fixation, implementation, training to user, support on live projects;
∎ R&D, investigation and implement prevention strategies for user identifies complaints and perform necessary actions to resolve the application problems;
∎ Management and stakeholder reporting, escalation and attention;
∎ Data analyst & ADHOC reporting;
∎ Day to day communication with vendor for support management & problem resolution;
∎ Do necessary planning applications, infrastructure & team;
∎ Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations;
∎ Do periodic planning, proactive risk & issue management, and cross-project dependencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 8 years solid experience in Enterprise System maintenance. Experience in Financial industry is preferable;
∎ Strong hands-on experience with creating Service Oriented Architecture/API based solutions using Java-based technologies and J2EE;
∎ Strong Knowledge in Database, SQL and custom development is must;
∎ Hands on experience in COBIT, ISO, ITIL is must;
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker;
∎ Experience in manage service vendor management will add value;
∎ Proven track record in manage complex and large software development program and project. Experience in handling Manage service Development will add value;
∎ The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
∎ Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
