Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess the training needs of the agent banking department through operational and business activity and consultation with management
∎ Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business and agent needs
∎ Develop Training Materials and e-learning portal
∎ Implement effective and purposeful training methods
∎ Manage training budget effectively
∎ Communicate proper materials with team members, trainers and management
∎ Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based the organizational goals
∎ Assess employee and agent performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
∎ Conduct training throughout the country
∎ Analyze the efficiency and productivity of trainees after the trainings.
∎ Maintain necessary correspondence with Learning and Development department of HR division
∎ Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
∎ Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Self-starter with drives and initiatives;
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English;
∎ The candidate must have at least 1-year relevant experience;
∎ Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank agent banking prudential guideline etc.;
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars and Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc.;
∎ Strong analytical ability and leadership quality;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure;
∎ Willing and able to travel throughout Bangladesh.
