Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in setting and fulfilling goals of a team of 15 to 20 members;
∎ Support call centre frontline staffers, take calls that agents can't handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance;
∎ Responsible in ensuring expected service level and other KPIs by proper management of break plan, call handling time and others;
∎ Monitoring individual agent performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
∎ Minimize risk through adhering to proper process, policies and records;
∎ Recommend methods to improve operational efficiency and services;
∎ Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years' experience with call center;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
∎ Self-propelled and capability to meet deadlines
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team independently
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others
