Responsibilities & Context:
• Review & re-engineering Process & Policy
• Assist Division to establish the credit policies to maximize profitability for Retail & SMEs lending
• Implement credit quality assurance process to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and increase effectiveness
• Provide risk mitigation solutions / alternatives when necessary in line with the policies, guidelines and overall risk appetite of the business
• Assist Carrying out specific case investigation with utmost due diligence and escalate the fact findings (reports) with its recommendations, if any, to the respective department for their further actions as well as take remedial steps to avoid such recurrence
• Coordinate between the business channels and Credit and Collection teams to ensure the completeness of Retail and SMEs lending
