Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving of Yarn, Inventory taking, Quality checking, Recording in the stock register as per procedure & reporting the concern department head.
Preparing M.R.R & QC certificate.
Daily supervise all issuing & receiving of yarn inspecting its quality. Monitor in keeping all records of receiving & delivery in the prescribed register.
Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance according to the buyers requirement.
To issue correct raw materials against each order. Issuing the correct yarn as per production plan.
To ensure loading of correct quantity and provide correct document against each delivery.
Preparing store inventory report and properly update to the management.
Participate in physical inventory checking.
Maintain stores cleanliness, dry and pest control.
To arrange delivering yarn to the knitting department with proper recording like yarn delivery, challan, gate pass etc.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
