Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make committee (PC and safety) and follow up meeting agenda , improvement and record keeping
∎ Take care washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register. Helping all worker about leave and maintain a register.
∎ Training all employees and maintain a register.
∎ Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
∎ Work to get types of employees right properly.
∎ Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
∎ To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
∎ To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation
∎ Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
∎ Ensure salary getting the on-time and correct amount.
∎ Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
∎ Ensure all employees right as per labor law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated
∎ Candidates should have experiences to perform in compliance related activities.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
∎ Must have to good typing skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, other required laws applicable for factories.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Insurance, Over time allowance, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per Company Policy
