∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, willing to work under pressure and meet dead lines

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues;
∎ Keeping official records on welfare management;
∎ Ensure all welfare activities as per Law/Rules and Company policies;
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage;
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well;
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management;
∎ Coordinating activities of Medical center including its compliance issues;
∎ Carrying out Workers' orientation program;
∎ Carrying out different awareness program as per requirements of different Buyers;
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management;
∎ Organizing meetings of PC committee;
∎ Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmes etc.);
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law;
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers;
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to HR & Compliance;
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management;
