Execute Citytouch daily operation as per SOP (new customer registration, tag request etc.).
Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve customers’ issues and complaints related to Citytouch services.
Prepare daily team report and MIS.
Execute flawless documentation process.
Take different initiate to reduce lead time to execute regular tasks.
Conduct UAT for new features of Citytouch and provide feedback from operational perspective.
Receive customer support requests related to Citytouch through email and Helpdesk and take necessary action to resolve.
Communicate with customer through email/phone as and when necessary to provide support.
