Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com or MBA in Accounting/Finance from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having Specialized Professional Certification on TAX & VAT will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Assist HOD to handle VAT & Income Tax related work of the company.
∎ To monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ To Assist HOD to submit monthly VAT return to the concern VAT authority.
∎ To provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ To Assist HOD to ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.
∎ To maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ To ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years’ practical experience in any large Textile or Group of Companies.
∎ Should have sound and updated knowledge on TAX & VAT and such related acts.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka.
