Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure continuous follow-up with suppliers to secure on-time delivery of raw materials.
Monitor and track ETA and vessel/ship position until arrival at the destination port.
Prepare and maintain various business reports as required by management.
Liaise with factory logistics for smooth unloading of raw materials and with the factory store for accurate stock updates.
Maintain regular communication with bankers, including document submission and collection.
Manage insurance procedures, including collecting cover notes, filling out LCAF forms, obtaining authorized signatures, scanning, and sending to the bank, and ensure continuous follow-up until LC issuance.
Maintain accuracy in documentation with proper filing and record-keeping.
