Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To receive accessories from buyers of all styles.
∎ Making order requirement sheets of all buyers & styles.
∎ Checking Size breakdowns with all requirements.
∎ Collecting floor consumption from productions.
∎ Collecting all finishing items, doing inventory & reporting to Manager as well as concern Merchandiser.
∎ To make files for the goods based on style and PO.
∎ To submit/return the extra goods to the surplus store and reporting to Store Manager & Merchandiser.
∎ Organizing and keeping accessories as per 5S systems, maintaining the register for the goods at the time of in and out.
∎ Communicating with Suppliers & Merchandisers for smooth collection and return.
∎ Making sure ERP posting & register are well maintained.
∎ To ensure 100% on time receiving & passing.
∎ Making closing summary after closing style and submitting to Manager and Merchandiser.
