Job Context:
∎ This is a Senior most position of the entry Level.
∎ The incumbent, who will be joining, will have to be very enthusiastic and dedicated. We are looking for the professionals with long term vision and career opportunist.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore the new opportunities of the assigned market.
∎ Make strong rapport with the Dealers & Distributors.
∎ Prepare marketing plan with collaboration with the Seniors.
∎ Make market demand.
∎ Self development for taking greater responsibilities with in a short time.
∎ Report to the Higher Management regarding the daily activities and research.
∎ Will have travel excessively and will have to look after for at least Four Districts.
∎ Will have to arrange frequent Dealer and Distributors meetings and conferences.
∎ Other marketing related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ The incumbent should be energetic and friendly by nature.
∎ Should be a good team player.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16333 - 17150 (Monthly)
∎ The salary is not negotiable during the probation period.
The salary may be reviewed during confirmation (after three months probation period) depending upon the performance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The accommodation facilities will be arranged by the Company funding for the Districts other than the Head Quarter (Base Market).
∎ Leave encashment facilities are there and will be provided at the end of the year.
∎ TA/DA will be provided in weekly basis.
∎ Tour and Travel allowance will be provided at actual.
