Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Graduation in Science background will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Feed production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise to feed production.
∎ Confirm about availability of raw materials and premixes before starting a shift.
∎ Dealing with workers.
∎ Dumping raw materials as per batch/items.
∎ Achieve the targeted production.
∎ At the end of a shift, handover responsibilities to the next concerned Officer and provide balance of raw materials and feeds stock to Store officer.
∎ Ensure loading of vehicle as per challan according to FIFO system.
∎ Assist Quality Control Department to evaluate quality of raw materials, medicines, premixes and finished product.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active and independent.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 1) Attractive salary package will be offered to right candidates.
2) Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 1st 6 months as probation period.
3) Annual increment on January each year.
