Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc major in Footwear/Leather Engineering/Industrial & Production Engineering-IPE/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Mechanical Engineering/ Polymer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check daily attendance and absenteeism and make necessary adjustment to meet the required output.
∎ To check quality of the material while receiving as per reference sample and to take corrective action where necessary.
∎ To ensure that finished products/components produced in your Dept. are supplied plan by plan. Products components form one plan are not used to make up shortage of another plan.
∎ To supervise closely the production of new products/articles. Necessary coordination to be maintained with the concern designer, Product Development Manager and Lab. Manager. Top priority should be given in this regard.
∎ To ensure that the workshop under your control is always clean & tidy in top order.
∎ To ensure discipline in your area during working hours and to see welfare of the workers.
∎ To maintain relationships with operators, charge hands and instructors through inter-flow, Quality conference, Counseling etc.
∎ To coordinate with Purchase dept. Costing & Efficiency dept. Merchandising, Product Development, Accounts, Associate Business Unit, Central Distribution Center & other departments for the issues related to them.
∎ Any other job assigned to you by your supervisor or under signed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Sound knowledge on production/manufacturing process
∎ Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills;
∎ Team player with flexibility and adaptability;
∎ Operating computer (MS Office, email, internet).
∎ Result driven & innovative thinking skills;
