Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage sales and marketing to ensure achievement of business target.
∎ Develop sustainable marketing strategy to make products competitive .
∎ Prepare production plan for the factories to meet the delivery date.
∎ Ensure effective supply chain and on time delivery as per contract with customers.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation and follow up collection of payments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Applicants having work experience in Polybag and Carton box manufacturing factories will be given preference.
∎ Riding motorbike is essential.
∎ Oral and Written communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Expertise in MS-Office, Presentation and Data Analysis.
