Job Context:
∎ Fast Track Petroleum Ltd. is a well established Organization operating in the lubricant sector for last several years. We are looking to launch a new strategical Team who can concentrate and market our specific products to all over the world and can create the new market and explore the opportunities with self initiative and dedication.
∎ At least 5 years Experience in direct Marketing and Sales is a must.
∎ The Existing Employees of Fast Track can also apply if they meet the criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the Market Survey to explore the area of opportunities.
∎ Prepare the list of target customers, dealers, distributors, users of the assigned geometric area.
∎ Monitor the competitors activities and competitor brands movements, and prepare the plan accordingly to beat the market share.
∎ Explore the demand of the customers and satisfy those by professional reactivity.
∎ Prepare proper documentation to preserve the market analysis reports and forward it to the superiors.
∎ Prepare the proposal to arrange the logistics and forward it to the Administration after having the consent/ approval from the AGM- sales.
∎ Mandatorily:-
∎ Keep yourself professional both in gesture and posture.
∎ No informal out look is acceptable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate having Motorcycle with Driving license will get preference.
∎ The incumbent should have strong leadership skill.
∎ Should have the negotiation capability.
∎ Should have intensive travelling attitude.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14117 - 16333 (Monthly)
∎ The salary mention is not including TA/ DA or Tour bills.
Daily justified TADA and actual Tour Bill will be provided in addition.
100% mobile allowance, 100% internet bills will be provided in addition.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Leave encashment facilities are there.
∎ All govt. Holidays are entertained.
∎ Regular development training facilities are there.
∎ However the posting may be anywhere in Bangladesh, but the nearest place of the home district will be given preference.
