Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
∎ Incumbent may need to work in shifting duty.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate the high tech Knitting machines to ensure 100% production.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules considering Target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ Resolve quality related issue in production and train operator to enhance efficiency.
∎ Handle several numbers of parties and orders at a time independently (If necessary).
∎ Manage sub-contract program for idle knitting machine as per requirement (If necessary)
∎ Prepare Production report & submit to the management as when necessary.
∎ Any other relevant assigned tasks as per supervisor's instruction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Knowledge of automated high tech Knitting machines.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production costing, fabric structure, Production capacity for any design, production time and quality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
