Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper SAM calculation based on sketch and reference sample for garments costing;
∎ Use best tools, techniques and method for making costing bulletin & developing sample;
∎ Proposed option for making costing bulletin once required;
∎ Stanardisation process SAM & verification if required with shop floor as well as maintain and follow SAM data bank;
∎ Style wise thread consumption finalisation with accuracy;
∎ Monitoring overall sample productivity;
∎ Proper SAM calculation;
∎ Use best tools for verify and capturing SAM for new sample;
∎ Proper option for making costing OB;
∎ Process wise SAM standardization;
∎ Style wise accurate thread consumption
