Job Context:
∎ Must be experience in RMG sector as a IE Person.
∎ Candidate get preference who live in near Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on the production floor & dealing with line chief
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency
∎ Do risk analysis and identify critical operation
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency
∎ Time study, Method study & reporting
∎ Collecting daily floor production data and other performance data
∎ Follow the instructions which will be given by the concern authority to the point
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Worker Skill test report for new recruited worker.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
∎ Any others task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good skill in MS officer, PowerPoint & Internet browsing.
∎ Good skill speaking, listening & writing in English.
∎ Good Communication skill with worker.
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge on garments manufacturing Embroidery
