Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Should have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rule 2015.

  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

  • Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.

  • Should be elegant, energetic & have a pleasant personality.

  • Fluent in English and Bengali.

  • Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for some skilled HR Officers who will Implement effective strategies for developing organizational culture, manage change, particularly structure in a positive and supportive manner while developing policies and managing procedures. Will be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

  • To be responsible for maintaining new employee`s worker recruitment process, preparing CV & personal files and update in software.

  • Complete new joining formalities, Prepare employee & New Employee ID cards.

  • Worker File management, Separation, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.

  • Responsible to announce all types of Notices, Pay Slip Distribution, Resign & Lefty, Final settlement, Death Benefit, Maternity Benefit bill preparation and procedure for payment.

  • Conduct general HR programs including orientation of new hires, employment law compliance, safety and security, employee relations and performance management.

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.

  • Assist in the implementation of human resource policies.

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.

  • Organize employee performance reviews.

  • Any additional general administrative tasks or special initiatives that are delegated by your immediate supervisor.
