Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates should have Six months of Fire Safety Manager course from the Fire service & Civil Defense Department.
∎ Training/Trade Course: The candidate having a 6 month training under Fire Service Civil Defense (FSCD) will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fire safety manager certificate course
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Able to work under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): The applicant should have experience in Garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan NFPA, Labor law, & Fire safety rules.
∎ Ability to lead the fire safety team in accordance with fire safety rule & regulation.
∎ Ensure all fire equipment are functional round the clock.
∎ Maintain all check list & document as per Accord & Alliance standard.
∎ Daily fire equipment check & maintain needful action
∎ Conduct monthly fire drill / evacuation drill
∎ Conduct internal fire safety training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure to floor compliance and follow up the all fire equipment are full functional.
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation of fire safety.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have knowledge of fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan when emergency
∎ Working Experience as a Fire & Safety Officer at Garment Division.
∎ Should have well knowledge on fire equipment and fire fighting
∎ Hard working, Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Negotiable
