Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate cash flows by maximizing cash sales and recovery from the market.
∎ Collect monthly current and dues installment from the customer as per existing procedure.
∎ Carry out detailed planning to ensure forecasted/targeted collection.
∎ Issue letter, repeat letter, legal notice to the concerned customer as situation dictates/as directed by the supervisor for ensuring collection.
∎ Conduct visit to the concerned customer/guarantor/relatives as situation dictates/as directed by the supervisor for ensuring collection.
∎ Prepare and submit daily work plan, tour plan and collection forecast to the reporting officer.
∎ Responsible for seizing vehicle of defaulter customer as situation demands/as directed by the supervisor as per existing policy.
∎ Conduct sales call/visit customers to resale seized vehicles as per the guideline of supervisor to maintain a reasonable stock.
∎ Prepare and submit all collection related reports on a regular basis, as desired by the supervisor.
∎ Responsible for providing ownership transfer documents to the respective customer after receipt of full payment as per agreement within a reasonable time gap.
∎ Assist and cooperate supervisor for operational cost minimization.
∎ Collect, compile and report about related information of the competitor’s company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
