Responsibilities & Context:
The applicant should have experience in the mentions areas and, ensure the certification Audits INDITEX, BSCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS,RCS, BETER WORK, OEKO-TEX, (FWF,FSEM/SLCP) SEDEX, WRAP,ICS WCA, ISO 9001/14001 etc.
To find out the non-compliance issue by the daily monitoring& internal Audits in the factory.
Program prepare and keep the documentation related to audit & compliance.
To maintain the floor checking all kinds of compliance issues& maintain all Kinds of training records.
Must have knowledge of labor laws and labor rules.
Schedule and coordinate social, environmental, and technical audits.
Share compliance documents, corrective action plans (CAPs), and progress updates as per buyer timelines.
Work with relevant departments to create and implement CAPs for any non-compliance findings.
Update to management all compliance reports.
Perform any other task assignment by the management.
