∎ Certification on Customs and Import-Export Procedures (Including HS Code Training)

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform trade Communication and liaise with international shippers to ensure the most suitable imports of Capital Machineries, Spares, and Raw Materials
∎ Prepare and check commercial documents for Import shipping operations
∎ Liaise with the Bank, Shipping agent, and C&F agent for smooth execution of import shipments
∎ Coordinate with Shipping agents and C&F agents for smooth customs clearance
∎ Coordinate and follow up with transport agents for timely delivery of imported goods
∎ Receive, check, and process for import-related bills settlement
∎ Keep track & maintain records of Import-related documents, bills and costs
∎ Maintain hard copy and soft copy registers for commercial responsibilities
∎ Prepare statements and reports to ensure proper tracking of import items
∎ Remain up-to-date with regard to proper HS code
