Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customer.
∎ Find prospects for new customers within a given geographical territory.
∎ Identify customer needs and trends, and presents KSRM products, and support services to customers appropriately and effectively.
∎ Acknowledge the customer about KSRM products.
∎ Regularly visit Engineer, Consultant, Architect Firm, Contractor, Mason & Retailers, Government and private project in assigned territory.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government Office Engineering Department i.e. RHD, PWD, LGED, BWDB, WASA, PDB, EED, Railway etc.) within the assigned geographical territory for business gain.
∎ Keep up to date with the competitor’s strategy and apply advanced strategy to overcome the challenge.
∎ Plan and execute Marketing and Sales campaigns (Engineer Meet, Mason Program, Dealer Program, Customer Program etc.) in assigned territory.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to ensure positive business deals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management as per business requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge of steel product and field level work.
∎ Excellent relationship with customer and have superior communication skills.
∎ Must have experience in Business Development field.
