Responsibilities & Context:
Check all purchased contract/LC to Corporate office as well as all direct suppliers. Checking LC draft & confirm to bank. Communicate with supplier/forwarder for import shipments booking and get the vessel schedule.
Interlocution related merchant to get vessel confirmation as well as confirm to forwarder.
Communicate with supplier to get the shipping documents, check & confirm.
Communicate with forwarder to get the BL draft to check & confirm.
Communicate with forwarder /supplier to get the bank guarantee approval.
Communicate with supplier for original documents to get BD or send to UK. Forwarding shipping documents to UK to release the supplier payment & follow-up for payment release status.
Follow-up shipping documents handover to clearing agents. Follow-up with forwarder for vessel arrival and consignment unstuffed status.
Follow-up with clearing agents to ensure the on-time delivery. Update the B2B status fabrics. Assigned to courier service for pick up the sample packages & follow-up for on time delivery.
