Job Context:
∎ Knowledge in Fast React Planning Software.
∎ Excellent hand on experience in GMT Planning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to Factory Head and simultaneously Planning Manager.
∎ Oversee production planning and management activities within the factory.
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
∎ Notify customers on any delays and outages.
∎ Determine production requirements based on factory capacity and production specifications.
∎ Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications through planning software in coordination with factory head and planning manager.
∎ Prepare plan & production Order Sheet as per stock and production breakdown
∎ Analyze raw material inbound and outbound/in-hand/consumption report along with the rejection percentage for production planning.
∎ Develop production weight consumption report as per stock.
∎ Prepare and forecast shipment (export & import) plan, variance analysis and update regularly.
∎ Prepare delivery report for style and lot wise yarn issuance.
∎ Conducts and improves forecasting activities and methods to maintain effective inventory levels of production planning.
∎ Communicate with various departments and act as a bridge between production, procurement, Warehouse and merchandising.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Deliver all sorts of production reports as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have strong analytical skills, presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
∎ Should have hands-on experience to work with Fast React/ Production oriented software
