Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Officer/Senior Officer – MIS & Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for CIB Batch reporting, regulatory compliance, and MIS data management. This role requires expertise in data preparation, regulatory reporting, and coordination with Bangladesh Bank, BFIU, NBR, and LTU, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Consolidate and submit monthly CIB Batch reports (including updates and new records) for all asset products such as Lease, Loan, and Credit Card in compliance with internal policies and CIB Act.
∎ Prepare and validate Subjects, Contracts Data, Owner Link, and other related information before submission.
∎ Ensure error correction and rectifications in CIB reports within internal and Bangladesh Bank deadlines.
∎ Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to CIB, loan restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Respond to queries from Bangladesh Bank, NBR, BFIU, LTU, and other regulatory authorities regarding financial data and compliance matters.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate MIS updates for rescheduled and restructured loans.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with Bangladesh Bank’s CIC & BFIU, CIB Unit, NBR, and other Banks/FIs for regulatory reporting.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth data management and regulatory compliance.
∎ Assist in process improvements for CIB reporting and compliance management.
∎ Support ad-hoc reporting requirements related to financial and regulatory matters.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
